Who we are
BusinessFlow operates as a business of Bcom Services Pty Ltd (ABN 92 636 893 108), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We work with Australian small and medium-sized businesses — typically 1–250 staff — across professional services, trades and field services, managed service providers, healthcare and allied health, education and training, retail and multi-site operations, and manufacturing and distribution.

A small, senior Gold Coast team — directors, engineers, and a solution designer — who build the systems and stand behind them.
With over 20 years across IT and business systems, Royce leads solution design and client engagement at BusinessFlow. He works directly with business owners to understand how they really operate, then designs the custom system that solves their biggest operational problem — bridging the gap between a business need and the technology that delivers it.
Ollie leads operations, project coordination, and AI governance at BusinessFlow. As a certified ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Lead Implementer, she makes sure the AI systems we build are responsible, well-governed, and safe — and that every project runs smoothly from discovery through to delivery.
